Can i bring my own food to my event?
Yes, you are welcome to cater your own food.
how far in advance do i need to book?
We ask that you would check over then phone or via email on the availability of our calendar. This allows us to schedule the proper personnel to work the event!
Do i need to use the coffee bar to host my event?
It is not necessary to use our coffee bar unless you would like to add our coffee bar package to your event pricing.
Can i have alcohol at my event?
if you plan to offer beer or wine at your event, please note that all alcohol must be pre-purchased by the case through Nexus. Options and pricing available upon request. No liquor or mixed drinks are allowed.
